Do you have an extended health plan through school or work?
Extended plans offered by SunLife, Pacific Blue Cross, iA, Green Shield, Equitable Life, Claim Secure etc. often reimburse counselling expenses. Please check with your plan provider if and how much they cover per year.
*If you cannot afford the rates listed here, you may qualify for subsidized counselling through a nonprofit partner. In the intake form, please indicate how much you are able to afford, so I can share with you the options.
